It is highly unlikely that Trump will win Nevada. First of all, 1/3 of the State is composed of Californians. Secondly, the State has turned very blue over the past 3 years with both State legislature branches turning blue. In the last election, the State nominated a Democratic governor and Senator. The long time locals are conservative, but Clarke County, which represents 68% of the State, has turned very blue and progressive. Wasoo county ( Reno and Sparks) is a washout and the remaining 14% of the State is conservative. Problem for conservatives in the State is that 58% of Clarke County voted straight Democrat in the last election, first Democratic governor here in over 40 years. Lots of east coast people have moved to Nevada over the past few years and continue to move here. Clarke County has become an interesting diverse county composed of Americans from all over USA.
The big blue turn here is very real.
