Don't you just love talking to India? We have SBC DSL and when we've had a problem I wind up frustrated speaking to someone who can'r really help me, they're just reading out of a book. I have since found their offices in Friendswood and have driven down there, knocked on their door and asked to speak with someone who knows what they're doing. Good luck and don't worry about missing days, we all have done that.<g>
