it does suggest a real cat and mouse game was being played at Gitmo. We should end the cat and mouse game at Gitmo right now. These men are prisoners for a reason. They are believed and/or proven to represent the highest threat to our national security. They have been proven to have vital information that we need to protect and defend ourselves from future attacks. We did not put them in Gitmo so they can enjoy the freedoms of law-abiding American citizens. They are there because of their criminal acts. Prison is designed to limit freedom. We need to quit playing this cat and mouse game. Treat the Muslim militant extremists like the prisoners they are. Send Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona to run Gitmo and the Iraqi prisons. If pink underwear is good enough for American prisoners it is good enough for foreign prisoners. MSM and America never got upset about photos of Joe's prisoners wearing pink underwear. The problem with Saddam's recent photo, in his underwear, is the color was wrong. Fix it and resend new photos. And let's get off this religious food kick right now. The prisoners should be fed like we feed our own soldiers. Serve them bacon and eggs for breakfast and pork chops, mashed potatoes and applesauce for dinner. If that diet is good enough for the soldiers, including Muslims, in the US Army, it is good enough for our Muslim prisoners. The only diet adjustment I would make is to serve the prisoners half rations. They don't need more. None of them work. And get rid of the head rags and white sheets. We don't issue head rags and sheets to our soldiers. A combat fatigue hat is good enough to keep the sun and weather off our soldiers. Give the prisoners the hats and clothing that we sell or give to surplus stores. Remove the Quran and prayer rugs. They have become a source of prison contention. Get rid of them. We don't issue them to our soldiers nor to American civilians, why give them to prisoners? This is war not playtime. The Muslim militant extremists started this. We need to finish it. The mere fact that we captured these folks does not make them non-combatants. Capture certainly does not obligate America to infer all of our rights and freedoms on these idiots. uw
