I think not in the next few weeks. I am detecting large increases of shorting across much of the SIP that is tech related, this usually means lower prices in the coming week, but also sets in motion stalking bear tactics that give lower entries to buyers.

There is a confrontation coming in KVHI, growing short interest is not an aberration, its a fact, which means the trade / some program ,is operating at maximum.

Money flow in is positive, while OBV is negative. Short interest by NOV report date will be at a record unless this reverses in the next week or two.
