Actually, I always vote yes for the options packages. I hire the CEO and staff to run the company when I buy the stock. If they can make the stock go up faster than dilution brings it down, then they are doing a good job. It is my job to see if the company remains a good value so I want a way to evaluate the impact of options dilution on the future EPS. Now if I see a BOD paying too high a salary, I've often voted no on the board vote, but that is a pretty useless vote meaning the real way to vote is to sell the stock. Kirk
