Hop-On Completes Financial Audit of Past 5 Years
IRVINE, Calif., July 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hop-On , the leading developer of disposable and recyclable cell phones, today announced that the independent public accounting firm of Spector & Wong has completed its audit of the Company's financial statements from 1998 to 2002. The audit report for the year ended December 31, 2002 will be posted on the Company's website hop-on.com.
The Company will also be providing the audit reports to the Company's SEC attorney, who will be preparing a registration statement (Form 10-SB) to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Once the registration process is completed, Hop-On will be an SEC reporting company.
