Jon, there are still instructions on getting your history into Quicken at datek.com.

I was able, after probably 40-50 tries at various times, to finally get it to work with the two accounts I have at Datek. It seems that whenever that part of the system is down, it returns an error that says the username or password is incorrect. That apparently isn't the problem though, as I learned to enter the information the correct way after calling them, and it would still return the same error time after time.

I guess it is the luck of the draw as to when you hit it, and it works.

Note that I was unable to download 1998 again, after going to another computer and installing Quicken there, in order to demonstrate it to someone. Apparently, at least for me, the Datek account knew what I had already downloaded, and proceeded to download 1999 trade data only. GO FIGURE....
