Fouad, with over 353k shares traded in a single day, I would think that institutions or some type of financing is involved and may not necessarily involve any news. You may want to check tomorrow's paper for any large block trades. I posted the following to another thread re CGI - it summarizes why I think that this stock is a long term hold for me.
