Fred IMHO, technically it looks as though its forming support. The technicals appear to be neutral with sideways consolidation. Frankly an upside move appears to be forming. Fundamentally, this asia things still has me spooked. If the move is to the upside, I see substantial resistence in the area of the longterm downtrend line now around the 25 area. 22 1/2 - 23 has been significant resistence in the past. Currently the daily moves and the overall range is small that I can't get much value at this point. My father always told me, don't short a dull stock! HOSEMAN
