From my prior DD of this company, I think it is the other way around. The Pres never did work directly for Sytron. He worked for his wife and she rented him to the company. As Pres, he had the final say to hire her to rent himself as I understand it. I always was leery of that situation. Perhaps the board decided to get more realistic. Actually, Sytron is a good viable ongoing business and the stock has done little under his leadership. Depending on who they replace him with, it is probably a good move he is gone. As for valuation, I disagree with you there, I think it is undervalued.
