Still responding to old posts, but moly cathodes have other problems as well -- like they are very hard to interconnect to unless coated with chrome, aluminum, or gold. Moly oxidizes in air and the oxidized material causes problems with the anisotropic interconnect. To make a long story short, moly causes problems and unless you feel you *really* have a handle on your TAB attach tech, you should stay away.
