Pequop Nevada Alleged Mineral Rights Conflict
NR05-9
Mon Nov 7, 2005

On November 7, 2005, AuEx Ventures, Inc. was advised by a third party that it asserts an ownership interest in the mineral rights underlying a portion of the Long Canyon exploration target. Some of the drill holes reported in the company's news release of October 25, 2005 appear to be located on the portion in question. AuEx is not able to assess the validity of the assertion, but it has launched an investigation to that end. The portion in question is entirely surrounded by AuEx's 8900 acres of mining claims comprising the Pequop project.

AuEx Ventures, Inc. is a new, Nevada focused, precious metals Exploration Company that began trading on June 30, 2005. AuEx has a current portfolio of 11 exploration projects in Nevada and controls over 40,000 acres of unpatented claims and fee land. The Company applies the extensive Nevada exploration experience and high-end technical skills of its founders to search for and acquire new precious metal exploration projects that are then offered for joint venture.
