Ken,

My understanding of CKFRs situation is that they:

1) Make the software product that lets people to on-line banking

2) The backend processing for electronic banking services for banks

I had been curious for some time about what their relationship was to Intuit, esp. with Quicken. The day after I sent them an e-mail about this question, they bought the unit of Intuiut that did this backend processing... i.e. -- they bought their major competitor...

anyways, I believe that no matter what product you use to do on-line / electronic banking, CKFR will handle the processing / software for those transactions. They are primarily a services company...

the drop on the MSFT annoucement was puzzling, but I don't listen to stupid-ass money makers on Wall Street, esp. when it comes to tech issues...
