"If management elects not to do a deal in China yet, what else is there to take its place?" I really do not care much for a China deal. Every time China got mentioned in one of my small cap stocks, I should have exited right away. China usually screws the company or the deal was just overblown news to keep shareholders happy / busy dissecting information that is impossible to verify . I, and I bet many others, want a SPA, and or a derm deal. OR in the alternative, start the trials without the SPA. Move forward, not sideways!! An Australian deal , would also be acceptable.
