Well, I was having fun playing with words, Betty, but really, as I understand it extra virgin olive oil is made from the very first pressing of the olives. I guess that brings up the question--well, then, what is virgin olive oil? I have no idea. Perhaps the extra virgin olives have never even been kissed, or touched the ground on their way to the processing area. Christine
