amazing they get an explanation.. but again rejected ,, come clean once more is the response.. then its no they never paid the money back.. then late news yes they paid the money back

and you think Rudy figured all this out by himself.. or maybe he never knew about it and the person who codes the bills , his chief of staff or city controllers office came up with the charges , kept a commitment book and later got paid back.

gee, rudy you should have known about the details of accounting procedures on how expenses accounts flow through the city of new york.. after all you are the mayor. this so funny, did any of these people are work in a large corporation , deal with various departments and try to get expense accounts processed. It is so bad in some companies they live of advancements. I expect just to process one expense account they may have required three or four signatures. I wonder how long that would take to get from office to office to payables to process checks and mail.

bottom line who ever came up with credit card idea was a jerk. they should have given the detail advances for expenses. Perhaps that was another big problem in controllers office.
