Sorry Dave, I should watch my wording. I meant to say "None is for Myriad period" (per the press release) Earlier some stock was to be involved to buy Myriad, but now its a cash deal only. What worries me is Rob (the IR guy) doesnt seem to have the answers when we ask such questions, and Ira is too busy and/or its never questioned in the "closed" (no outsiders) Conference Calls. On the other hand, its an OTC-BB stock. On the other hand, that wont be a valid excuse hopefully in a month or so. (No more people can say, "what do you expect? Its a OTC-BB stock") If they are going to be a NASDAQ stock, I hope they start acting like one, and answering these questions and having open CC's. (Also hope they retain the ATXI press release writer--and fire theirs) Mark
