Hi Darren. I wonder if a new religion could be started in this day and age by some illiterate desert arab who says he goes into the desert and talks to god, and he flies on winged horses. I wonder if anyone would believe a person like this today or would he just be locked up for his own protection. 1500 years ago I think that the arabs were worshiping a black rock in a place called mecca, think I read this somewhere..in any case it would be no great feat to convince these people that a change in their worship habits was in order. What I find really amazing is that people still believe this kind of stuff even with all the education that is available today. If someone today claimed that he/she was talking to the angels or to god no one would believe them so why do people still believe the same thing when it happened 1500 years ago. ?? Lorne
