this is great news. they had the foresight and I guess the confidence, to set this up ahead of time.
no further dilution would be outstanding (pun intended) IF it indeed means that ACII will move forward without reducing EPS.

I do realize though, that after what shareholders have been thru, that is one large IF. EOY earnings report and Q1 coming up to spell it all out.
