I don't think South Africa will take Slobo in any more, at least not since he was indicted as a war criminal. Khadafi and Saddam Hussein might have been candidates, except that it was Muslims Slobo was mass killing. Probably China or Russia would let him stay. As for his yacht, forget it. It's gone!
