I am a fiscal conservative. No legitimate fiscal conservative would take a position that public funds for health care should not be rationed, that cost-benefit analysis is not appropriate in this arena, that all treatments should be funded. You apparently don't even have a grasp of the concept of fiscal conservatism let alone actively subscribe to its principles.
