recipe for turkey chili?

It's on the back of the McCormick Chile mix package you buy at the supermarket.

Turkey is so light in weight that a pound of it takes the space of over two pounds of beef. So I fry a pound of ground turkey with some olive oil [plus garlic and onion] and add the spice mix, two 15 oz cans of cut tomatoes and two 15 oz cans of kidney beans. let it simmer for a while, and chow down! I store it in the fridge and dish up a meal daily.

My other main meal is Ratatouille. Eggplant, Zucchini, with garlic, onion, mushrooms, can of cut tomatoes; spiced with Italian spice mix, salt and pepper. Do the same with it.

Typical daily menu is:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with splenda, walnuts, raisins, oat bran, ground flax seed, 1 1/2 cups of water. Microwave three minutes, add 1% milk, and enjoy.

Lunch: Ratatouille

Dinner: Turkey Chili

I have a handful of nuts [no more than 15] between meals if hungry. A frozen berry smoothie with yogurt, splenda, milk and ice in the afternoon. A frozen strawberry smoothie with soy protein, splenda, milk and ice before bed.

I make a half gallon of green tea in my Ice-tea maker and add three heaping tablespoons of Splenda and two big squirts of lemon juice. Keep a glass next to me all day to drink from. I find I can reuse the green tea bags I make it with, [5] three times. I just run it though twice the second and third times. Wal Mart carries an 11 oz bag of splenda in their food section.

Next day, for variety, the Chili for lunch. :>)

Since I live by myself and never eat out, this is easy. My grocery bill has dropped in half. I buy boxes of canned kidney beans and tomatoes at Costco for half what they sell at Safeway. Same with the Eggplant. Same for the Frozen strawberries and Berries. My fridge is almost empty. No more prepared frozen foods in it.

I eat when hungry, and eat just enough to cut the hunger. Spice up the Ratatouille and Chile to make them tasty and filling.

No Wheat, corn or sugar in my diet. I don't push salt, but I don't worry about it.
