I think everybody seems to have forgotten about Mexico. I expect that in the very near future Qualcomm will announce both an additional major investee in its Mexican CDMA system plus an associated large infrastructure contract.

When these announcements occur, there are several things to focus on. First, by attracting a major investment partner, QC will have substantially mitigated the financial (balance sheet and P&L) issues related to the system build-out. Second, a major third-party will have opined favorably on the system economics. Third, and probably most important to QC's near-term stock performance, the infrastructure order should be large enough to drive the division to break-even (or even profitability). This improvement will have a pronounced impact on overall manufacturing margins and should give the Street substantial comfort with regard near-term earnings prospects.

This is a big deal guys and I think we are very close.

Best Regards,

Gregg
