Brad - I hope FAMH meets your projections in 1998. I think your numbers for existing office revenues/growth will probably be right. I'd be surprised if they open 7 new offices during the year but it is possible, and if they do it by purchasing established business your revenue prediction may also be accurate. I wonder about Myriad though. I haven't seen any posts documenting any of the locations. I also suspect there may be problems with the company if they had to have a tax sale. The positive side of it is that FAMH could sell some of the Myriad locations and realize some revenue from those divestitures. This would help finance the purchase.
