RR - I assumed that this EDGH thing was a scam. BUtthis group did the same thing with ZAP-NYSE and are fighting with the insiders to let them buy the company. I still think it is a corck but it sure is looking more legit. read the ZAP Yahoo board from Jun 14th on - it is only about 20 posts
