Harry Reid explained why he stays at the Ritz Carlton on a permanent basis in DC because he did so well investing. Well no duh if you are an insider trader and insider trading isn't illegal for congress...what do you expect..This slimeball is basically stealing from his own constituents and other unknowing Americans.
