>Identa is the only company in the world that developed a narcotic
>drug test kit that is accurate as a lab test, meaning 100%. There
>are some other kits in the market but they are based on an old
>technology and are much more inferior.Identa kits never give false
>negatives, and more important false positives. The Identa kits are
>also much more user fiendley, safer for the user and more friendly
>for the environment and are not expensive.
>The chemical revolutionery technology of the kits is protected by
>issued and pending patents and so is the innovative case of the
>kits.
>Narcotic detection kits are used today all over the world by law
>enforcment agencies. When for example a policeman arrest someone
>with suspicious substance, such kits enable him to test the
>substance and to discover if it is narcotic substance in minutes.
>The available kits today are not accurate enough to be valid in
>court so therefore after the kit told you it is a drug, you must
>send a sample for laboratory test to validate it. The fact that the
>current kits give many false positives is their main problem: First
>because you might arrest innocent people, and second because you
>might send samples for laboratory test for nothing. These tests are
>expensive and cost hundreds of dollars so the usage of the Identa
>kits will save you this.
>Identa has begun marketing its kits all over the world. It is
>currently in the final stage of closing its biggest deal so far with
>the Romanian law enforcment agencies. They are going to make a
>purchase of atleast hundreds thousands dollars. Identa sales target
>for this year is 3-5M$.
>
>Identa has so much potential mainly because of the next two reasons:
>1)For the competing kits which controlled the market so far there
>was only the proffessional market. Identa is creating by its
>revolutionery kits a whole new market: The civilian market which is
>going to be huge, even greater than the proffessional. The old
>competing kits are so not accurate and user friendly that drug
>stores and other retailers will never sell them to their customers.
>A month ago Identa got an initiall order from the giant CVS. By the
>end of August their kits will appear on CVS.com as a new category of
>products - THERE ARE NO COMPETING PRODUCTS (dont confuse it with
>kits for detection drugs in the urine which are currently sold by
>CVS- Identa kits detect substance). It will be sold through the
>website for 3 months and then (assuming that the sales will be
>satisfying) they will be sold in addition through the CVS stores.
>And this is only the beginning - Identa is negotiating other drug
>store chains in the U.S and all over the world.
>The kits are aimed for many markets within the civilian market:
>Worried parents, employees, schools etc... and even drug users who
>would like to know if they are buying the real thing.

>2)Identa is currently in a process of getting courts approval for
>its kits, at this stage in Israel and the U.S. If such approvals are
>achieved the value of this comapny will skyrocket. This will mean
>that the law enforments agencies wont have to send every test to a
>lab test and this will save them tons of money: In Israel the
>estimation is 2M$ a year so in the U.S it probably can reach
>hundreds of millions.

PPS Support

RJ4 Short term yes we can easily as a group show support with legitimate buy orders. My question would be how long can we all keep buying? Therefore longterm we need to depend on good news such as just received recently about Romania and Russia. Good news brings in new investors which in turn raises demand. The float is 230 hmmm maybe 240 million which is small when you consider some investors hold 10 and maybe 20 million shares. :)

I still think you need promotional support if you had never heard of Coca Cola why would you drink some black coloured elixir??? :) Promotion is what this play is headed for in a very big way. CVS potential is open to misinterpretation but to me it sounds like it could propel IDTA like nobody's business. New countries signing up, court acceptance these will provide the real spark. As another poster previously mentioned when we punch out of the Pink Sheets into the OTCBB you will see a flurry of new investors PPS will reflect that. I'm really not qualified to answer your question any more deeply but yes if we show an interest with legitimate buy orders I'd say certainly this has to bolster investor confidence, making MM's sit up and try to work the stock but for how long? I am not convinced all MM's should be locked up after all they are there to heighten interest in the stock for the exchange as I understand it. Let's just say some MM's seem very economical with the truth ;)

It sounds to me like you want the PPS to stabilize now at these levels and then go up incrementally slow but steady? Gee couldn't agree more if that's the case! I have read veteran IDTA owners mention Yaccov would prefer to hold the price of the stock down till September but for the life of me not clear why that would make sense or what his intentions are to that end? Perhaps he just too busy to worry about that part of it while the company is busy arranging meetings going after contracts on a constrained budget .

Interesting read RJ4 ...http://aol.businessweek.com/magazine/content/03_32/b3845001_mz001.htm
