Quid pro quo is how all negotiations are done. The fact that you don't understand this shows how completely clueless you are. Now, Trump did not do a quid pro quo in Ukraine. The transcripts prove that to be the case, despite all the lies coming from the liberals behind closed doors. However, even if he had done it, it is his duty to investigate and prosecute criminals. So he would have had the authority and obligation to investigate Biden, when the crimes are so obvious to anyone who see how the Bidens enriched themselves using VP Biden's public office. Hillary and Bill are in that bucket as well. Lock them up.
