The Bush Justice Department put a hit on Spitzer to protect corporate corruption, probably in the banking sector where Bushies want is kept secret they fueled the Sub-Prime mess by looking the other way while banks and unethical lenders went after the middleclass to steal their homes and bankrupt them.

Hence, the recession we're in and a middleclass which is totally broke.
