Warren,
As Zitel is being re-hashed over and over again here I had some thoughts I wish you to respond
If the Y2K problem is not real or not as bad as has been reported why are there so many companies jumping on the band wagon? If the profit potential is not that large why go after this supposed market? To keep it simple lets say there is a problem. Did you not say the firm you work for has allocated money for compliancy? Would not an automated solution be profitable? I know I have read your post about compliancy and automation but what if????? This Internet we use so much was probably laughed at for years!! There are very smart people out there and if legacy code is a problem, which requires a staff of payed programers to maintain it, I wonder if an "automated solution" could also later be used for plain old maintenance. Maybe this is an area of profitability MatriDigm could go into after year 2000. Also after bringing these companys into compliance who better to continue with then MatriDigm for maintenance?
Lets look at Zitel. For over a year now they have been releasing information about MatriDigm. It was no secret. The high risk/profit potential probably prevented early investment. It was only during these last few months the shares have soared. There has been no "barrage" of news and I believe they could release more if this was just "hot air". The lack of news has caused a lot of conjecture and speculation as evident by this thread. We even have people scoping out Zitels parking lot!! Does Zitel not recieve royalty payments from IBM? Profitable without MatriDigm? Could Zitel supply hardware along with MatriDigm solution? I wonder what other companys Zitel has an interest or stock position in?
I know this is lengthy, it must be that overdose of Zyquel, but they have not been addressed here as far as I can tell. Did Stan just say he was also long on Zitel? I also wonder what happen to that Mad Monk..........
