--...this again states a 3000 gph processor. Not exactly. What they state is: Construction of the EEC plant* with a processing capacity of 3000 gallons per hour* Which could mean 1 processor @ 3000 gph or 3 processors @ 1000 gph or 6 processors @ 500 gph or whatever. Plant is not the same as processor. All that nitpicking aside, the veil is lifting, and optimism builds while cynicism persists. Show me- I'm all eyes.
