How much is the real question.

If AMD can move Dresden to .13um way before Intel, what is that worth? Many more processors per wafer, not to mention the better yields that IBM has alluded to many times. The best year of Dresden could very well be 2001 (just to start with, it's too hard to speculate beyond in my opinion). Honestly, I think this is why even bullheaded former/current Intel employees are invested in AMD. If you weren't bullish, would you dare sell puts? Elmer is, which makes me think even though he won't admit it, he knows AMD has a HUGE benefit of getting Dresden online a long time before Intel has a copper fab online.
