I though this was a funny news release. Would you expect them to say anything other than this? It would certainly carry a little more weight if it were done by some independent body, but I guess they got tired of waiting. It might be fun to read the paper, though. Would be interested in how they modeled the human interaction element, since those assumptions are where all their productivity gains come in.
