that someone else began a thread, that someone else and his "men" had the correct canadian company information, and another of someone else's "men" could only provide a number to the wrong canadian office etc - but someone else also said the fateful words that xstream in the united kingdom got this on the wrong trading board.
that it was up to others to dig if they wanted to or just sit - well I had the time and the drive to dig stuff and try to figure it out. In my mind with what I dug up and who I spoke with and what documentation I received, there was an effort to deceive, prosper and manipulate. To the extent and to what degree can only be inferred by me by the limited information I hae dug up; it could be worse, could be not as bad as I think it is; but if I don't get any other FACTS and an explanation on the Lehmans discussion, nothing will change my mind.
I do not blame someone else or anyone else - I saw the post and I went in with both eyes open, just wanted a POP not a POOP.
NO ONE said the canadian company WAS xstream in the United Kingdom - UNTIL MANNING said it was being worked on by Lehman Brothers that XSNI was to be corrected to the right board and that Lehmans was handling that and the IPO filing. He further inquired as to whether I was an investor and I told him yes, bought the stock because of the problem on the listing and because of the UK XSTREAM. Wherein he told me about the SEC filing process and how since some shares sold (like 1400), he had to go through the correct filing procedures with SEC to get the listing upgrade, yada yada post here somewhere; if he knew that procedure so well, how come he didn't know about the listing procedure? I know the answer, but the question is for edification.
Now if what Manning said is not true - well then we have a problem with intent to decieve and to keep erroneous information floating so as to increase the valuation of a stock. Also, what Manning said is a link to where the information Someone Else got the tip, a practical confirmation from the mouth of the CEO.
And now Lehmans won't even discuss XSNI and wants proof. again, what is wrong with this picture? FOCUS
I have also been advised prior to my call to Manning, that they on the inside monitor this board; of that, I have no doubt.
That Lehmans did not acknowledge xstream is XSNI, I have no doubt. If one of the people from xstream UK don't answer the dateline and share and erroneous information perpetrated from the CEO office - well that is a HUGE problem for them and I am sure someone other than else will be monitoring the board for information.
In the end, it will work out, perhaps not the way it was intended, but it will work out.
I can't spend the rest of my time rehashing the same old stuff, I got it all out yesterday and it will be up to them to PROVE OTHERWISE, not only to me but other interested parties, I am sure.
If I hear anything, I will post it; if someone has a valid source or number with valid information - I'll tap it.
Otherwise, I have other tiny stocks to get enveloped in and I hope we all make out well - certainly has been and will be an experience
