Bruce, I had called the FDA General Plastic Surgery and Devises Advisory Panel trying to confirm that the November meeting had been cancelled. When the person that called me back to tell me that indeed the meeting had been cancelled, I ask why? He said, "None of the applications are ready for review." Marshall makes a good point when he suggest that one should keep in mind the agendia of the person making the statement, including the person reporting events...in this case myself. The fact that ATIS might not have all of the data from the follow up study ready for review is understandable. The fact that ORG's Apligraf PMA still isn't ready for review, having been filed more than two years ago, supports my negative attitude toward that company.
