Ken, I don't know but it looks like someone is sending out a strong message. Is it bad loans, inflation, recession; who knows? Note also that Klac was rated a sell by Josephtal. This is a semi-equip that is large and has performed with it's group in the past. In that case, however, there was no large scale downgrade of a basket of such stocks. Ed
