I haven't opened up the bank account yet, though I've got an itchy trigger finger.

From your perspective, I suppose it has to do more with the time for which you intend to hold more than anything else. If you agree (and I think you do) that Q's long term prospects are excellent, then a purchase at any price in the high to mid 20s is a good price. If you intend to hold for a short time, the volatility might get you where it hurts.
