There are some very nice pieces in place. If they can't achieve at least a modest level of success at this point, then the only conclusion I will draw is that the processor just doesn't work as a practical 24/7 machine. Bill does not seem to be the weak link here. He seems to be working hard to make this happen. It all hinges on the viability of the processor. As it should.
