As I've pointed out several times in the past, I really appreciate and _use_ your knowledge of Ligand. I virtually don't need to do any independent research on the company. This relieves me of a big task, and the on-line biotech audience owes you a collective "thanks".

However, have a sense of humor about your performance. Since winter of '96, it's been relatively dismal. Perhaps you are focused on a huge future winner. I certainly have not abandoned my interest in LGND.

You said "To indicate that these events are secondary to frequencies of SI or MIS posts is simply absurd. I think you give far too much weight to these boards."

I didn't indicate, anywhere in any post, that I feel that posts on these boards have any effect on stock price or that stock price movements are secondary to the frequency of posts.
