We ended up drinking a Renwood 2001 Zin, Sierra Series with our ribs tonight. This zin had huge cherry undertones along with a hint of pepper. I would highly recommend this wine if you're going to consume a spicy meal. I also bought a Gloria Ferrer Carneros Pinot Noir today. I'm saving it for the lasagna I'm going to make tomorrow with our fresh tomatoes. I'll let you know how it is. M
