It has become fairly obvious. McCracken is gutting the company for his personal benefit. If he pays enough people outrageous prices for worthless purchases, he will end up on a half dozen boards of directors as a returned favor. SGI tanks, but McCracken sails high. Haven't you ever wondered about why people are asked to join boards when all they have done is led a multinational down the ... Go ahead, tell me I'm out of line. But show me where he has benefited the firm in the slightest. What does he collect a salary for? Every significant decision has been a disaster, and even the workaday stuff has been mishandled. Again, show me a single example to the contrary. I would actually be encouraged.
