Be prosecuted as a terrorist, or what?" I heard this morning that the three American students were released. If it were me I would prefer to be tried under Sharia law. You can buy your way out of many crimes. Remember the American who shot and killed two people in Pakistan. I have a friend why was born over there. He said you can reach an agreement with the family of the victim and they will set you free. He thought the guy was probably a contractor for the CIA and they paid money for his release.
