If no other serious candidate appears who will support those goals, Tancredo says he plans to enter the Republican presidential primaries. Frankly, I hope that he does. I dont know one single American AND THIS INCLUDES HISPANICS of which MANY are friends of mine, that dont feel the border is OUT OF CONTROL. I JUST RETURNED from an offroad exploration in the Las Cruces area of New Mexico. Right down near the border. My guide on these unmarked trails was an IMMIGRATION OFFICER. He sees this right on the front lines and I learned a lot, besides that I PERSONALLY WITNESSED the HORDES of illegals coming over the border. It is FAR WORSE then anything you see depicted on T/V cause the camera is limited in scope to the size of the lens. When you see them coming across yourself over a much vaster horizon you realize JUST HOW BAD it really is. I am completely stumped why politicians ignore this problem. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for not having a VIABLE GUEST WORKER PROGRAM (thus fulfilling the needs of our employers and Mexicans seeking work) and then CRACKING DOWN HARD on illegals and those who employ and often abuse them. jdn
