The American people dont trust Bush-Cheney. The low ratings for congress is because of two factors: the hangover from the terrible Delay-Frist corruption (they are still "congress" in most peoples minds, and the fact that democrats are unhappy that congress hasn't yet cut off funding for Bush's disasterous "war" and that they have not yet moved to impeach. So only some complacent moderates are happy. But make no mistake, Bush-Cheney are much-much less supported than congress. Pelosi represents the will of the people as much as anyone now and Bush-Cheney absolutely do not. The majority of American people now want congrss to impeach Bush-Cheney and do almost anything to end the stupid wasteful Iraq debacle. And congress may do it soon.
