This will bring in additional revenue of between 4-6 million dollars over the next couple of years. Reason3227, maybe you could explain how a loan commitment of $2.5M, is going to generate between 4-6 million dollars over the next couple of years? What kind of interest income is this loan commitment going to generate for PRWT and at what rate? Where does this money come from anyway? Current rates seem to be about 7-8% for real estate loans. My simple math only sees about $400,000 over 2 years. This doesn't look very promising to me. So I must be missing something important here. Please let me in on your thinking on this.
