A program trade is one that executes without human intervention. This morning two executed in my account. In retrospect neither was well advised. One was a sell stop, the other was an attempt to catch a falling knife. I am just using simple parameters such as trade price to trigger the trade. Some of my program trades have worked out very well. Some of my trades have been terrible.
