You see, whenever OBL uses his cellphone, its signals are picked up by one or more satellites up above.

These signals betray the location (longitude and latitude) of the caller to a Command Centre (say, somewhere in Florida)

which then commands a cruise-missile ship somewhere in the Middle East to fire a cruise-missile to the target indicated by the coordinates.

In fact, this was how OBL was almost killed some time in the early 1990s. Fortunately for him, the missile did not explode.

So, when Biden revealed it was known that OBL has been calling his Mom via satellite (cellphones), OBL would have been alerted/reminded he was trackable for a hit.

OBL recently played a trick on the Coalition forces. He gave his aide his cellphone and asked him to use it for some local calls when OBL himself has gone far away. The aide used the phone as instructed. The signals were picked up and Coalition forces closed in, for his "imminent capture" but OBL was nowhere to be found. OBL is a tricky and sneaky Arab, eh?
