Herb is an ass, and so are his buddies that he works for. by: dvder 5084 of 5108

He provides information..his comments we could do without. Many believe that while he does not own or short stocks, his buddies who pay him do, as they relize the effect a TV spot on CNBC can have on share prices when explosive comments are made. IMO, he and his insider buddies should go to jail. They indirectly manipulate stock prices (and profit from it) in several ways.
His method is simple:
1) pick a stock that has some hot news tidbit
2) Tell your buddies to place their order
3) Add fuel to the fire (CNBC/street.com, etc)
4) profit from the move
5) repeat until rich
6) laugh at the suckers, after all this is a game right?

Just ignore him and maybe he will go away. If the SEC is looking for something to do...investigate the media-hypesters.
