I'm just a generic webmaster, dumbly passing on what other people tell me. :)

What I meant to say is that I have been told by people who vaguely know this stuff that ROL is just not a factor in the vast majority of applications. Whether this is the case or not I do not know for sure, it could just be an urban legend.

I hope I'm making sense here. I'm so darn tired waiting for just a few more P4 reviews to link to, and I can barely type this message.
