SO YOU ARE A FASCIST. And a liar. The Constitution forbids spying on Americans withjout warrants. Only fascist countries and communist countries do that. So now you are exposed. How would you like President Obama to be able to spy on the RNC without a warrant and find out all your nasty dirty tricks before you hatch them? Hmm? Same difference. Bush's illegal spying has not caught a single terrorist and the FISA courts would bend over backwards to give him warrants for any necessary spying. The people Bush has been illegally spying on are political opponents. Everyone knows that. Bush is a traitor you see, a wannabe fascist, and he and Cheney are paranoid just like Nixon was, which is why they outed Valerie Plame and refuse to testify under oath. They have a lot of crimes to hide.
